haha cheerleading rocks yesterday! Coach is reali the most talented being on earth and i cant imagine if we didnt hav her! Thank God! :)

haha yesterday cheerleading trg was funny... flied on chengyee... shes like 2 kg lighter den me!!! yeah so chengyee and felicia based while lynna and xueli backspoted... we tried POP CRADLE! COOL RITE.. junior girls doin cradle:)
after tt got 'DHL' to larry, xiaobai and abel grp.. actuali coach wanted me to try twisting but i was too scared... so treid to perfect my pop cradle instead... time passed reali reali fast during trg yesterday:)
